The process begins with a conveyor belt that transports an empty plastic tray. This tray is the main element to be packaged. The conveyor belt moves at a continuous, even speed to ensure a steady flow of trays. The next step in the process is carried out by a Delta robot. This state-of-the-art robot is known for its speed and precision. As soon as a tray reaches the end of the conveyor belt, the delta robot picks it up. The robot is programmed to recognise the exact position and orientation of each tray so that it can pick it up safely. Once the robot has picked up the tray, the filling process begins. The robot performs precise movements to fill the tray with the desired product. This process is carefully monitored to ensure that each tray is filled correctly and efficiently. Finally, a lid is placed on the filled tray. This final step ensures that the product is securely packed in the tray. Once the lid has been fitted, the packaged tray is placed back on the conveyor belt and transported to the next step in the process.
